Who we are.
Wave Volleyball Club is built on a simple belief: every athlete deserves a place where they can grow, compete, and belong. We are a Louisville-based girls volleyball club committed to developing the whole athlete — on the court and off.

At Wave, we are proud to be the fastest growing volleyball club in the region, but our success is about so much more than numbers.
Wave was built with the simple belief that the athlete comes first. As a privately-owned club, our focus is on player growth and development rather than profit. Every decision we make is centered around creating an environment where athletes can improve, compete, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
We are incredibly fortunate to have many of the best and most experienced coaches in this area, who bring knowledge, passion and a genuine commitment to our club and our players. We believe great coaches don't just teach volleyball, they help shape athletes who are confident, disciplined, resilient, and prepared to succeed both on and off the court.
But what truly sets Wave apart is our culture.
We believe in positive relationships, team bonding, and family values. We want our players to feel like they belong, and to be surrounded by teammates who support one another and by coaches who believe in them. We want volleyball to challenge them, but we also want them to have fun, to build lifelong friendships, and to create lasting memories.
And we believe our families deserve to have a voice. At Wave, parents and coaches always have a direct line of communication to our club director. We do not want our families to feel like they are nameless members of a large bureaucratic organization. We want them to know there is a person behind the program who has invested time, money and effort to create the best possible volleyball experience.
Wave is growing because of what we believe in...and because families see the difference.
We aren't simply trying to build successful volleyball teams, we are building a successful volleyball family. A place where athletes are challenged to be better, supported when things are difficult, celebrated when they succeed, and valued for who they are as a person.
